Full Charge Bookkeeper

MBS Accountancy is a full-service accounting firm that is on a mission to change how clients view accountants. To help us achieve our ambitious growth goals, we are looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper with 4 years of prior work experience. If this is you, we would love to have you join our team!

The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting fundamentals from transaction entry and bank reconciliations to finalizing financial reports as well as a good understanding of related accounting processes like payroll and sales tax.

If you have in-depth experience using QuickBooks Online along with a variety of related cloud-based bookkeeping and accounting software services (third-party payroll, Bill, DEXT, Office 365, etc.) and the ability to communicate in ways that clients and other team members understand, you may be the next MBS Accountancy new hire … apply now!

Candidates will have:

- QuickBooks Online experience including software integrations with ability to achiever QBO ProAdvisor certification
- 4 years minimum accounting and bookkeeping experience
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
- Professional level verbal and written communications skills
- In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite and must be comfortable with technology

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
